Right, sorry. I don't usually use phones I like face-to-face better- but anyway. I have a couple of questions. And most of them sound pretty much like 'what is this and why am I here'.

[She frowns, one hand on her hip.]

So can we start with getting those two out of the way? Okay, thanks to whoever answers. I mean I know I’m probably being kidnapped for ransom but who’s actually stupid enough to kidnap Supergirl of all people and expects to get away with it. Luthor, I swear if it it’s you…

Speaking of Supers, I’d also like to know what on Argon happened-

…to my parents and my cousin. You see, I was in the middle of a family reunion, and I don’t know if bad guys get many of those but ‘sorry I was busy getting kidnapped’ will prooobably not work with my mom.

Dick's first thought is somewhere along the lines of STOP BRINGING IN INMATE VERSIONS OF PEOPLE I KNOW, ADMIRAL, and his second has to do with when she's from in the timeline, if she's even from their universe, if she knows who he is or if she'd know without the mask, considering they've only met a couple of times, and the last time she'd... kissed him, which was just all levels of awkward.

Being far behind in the timeline compared to everyone else continues to suck.

So after a moment of hesitation, Dick clicks on the video feed. He looks a little younger, probably, because he's from about a year after the first Crisis, and there are maybe some work related minor scrapes and bruises on his face, but. Hi Kara it's Dick do you know him are you from some other universe. :|]

[This is always SO MUCH EASIER with her powers. With them she could easily listen to Dick's heartbeat and any other body sounds and identify him, lead on the mask or not. Once they met face to face she would be able to confirm it with just his smell.

[And again her stunted senses come to play. She would know for sure who this was in her world with just a glance and a touch of superhearing, but right now she has to guess.

And unlike with Dick looks must be deceiving her because this can't be Oracle. She's worked with Oracle, heard her monitored voice and even got to see a glimpse of her in... admittedly very, very short occasions. She was a bat after all.

But this woman was different in so many senses...[]
